About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and versatile Reservationist / Back-Up Therapist for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a well-rounded candidate who is passionate about guest service, highly organised, and able to support both reservations and spa operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms with professionalism
- Handle bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain strong client relationships
- Step in as a back-up therapist when required, delivering high-quality treatments
- Coordinate schedules and assist with spa bookings and availability
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
- Support overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification
- Previous experience in reservations and spa environment preferred
- Computer literate with knowledge of booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
