Job Description

The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient administration of customer services and general administrative functions across Facility Operations, including CryoEase Processes, Cylinder Production and Distribution, Engineering Services, and SHERQ, while providing comprehensive administrative support for the Facility. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: 1. Efficient management of the order-to-receipt process for customer orders. 2. Delivery of exceptional customer service and support. 3. Oversight and control of stock inventory to ensure availability and accuracy. 4. Execution of purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and procurement. 5. Administrative support to SHERQ, Engineering, Debtors, Production, and Distribution teams. 6. Accurate and timely completion of month-end processes. 1. Minimum of Matric or Grade 12 Senior Certificate. 2. A post-Matric qualification in Administration or equivalent. 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Administration environment within the Gas or related industry. 4. Effective team coordination and leadership skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all relevant stakeholders. 5. Must have a strong focus on customer value and quality to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction as well effecting improvement thereof. 6. Proven ability in stock control and replenishment. 7. Must have strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload within the team. 8. Must be deadline-driven, flexible and have the ability to work under pressure. 9. Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail skills. 10. Must have a working knowledge of SHERQ management systems and related ISO standards. 11. Must have experience in dealing with all levels of customers and suppliers. 12. Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders. 13. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. 14. Must have a valid unendorsed driver’s license and own transport.
