About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy sales consultant to join our team at iStore Canal Walk in Cape Town. As an iStore Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and present complete solutions
- Create memorable experiences for customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate (Minimum Requirement)
- Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or alternatively product knowledge would be an advantage
- Passion and knowledge of Apple Products
