Key Responsibilities: Hotel Operations Oversight Successfully overseen a large hotel with a minimum of 160 rooms. Managed operations in a high-volume conferencing hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery. Facilitated effective interdepartmental co-operation to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Worked both independently and collaboratively to maintain consistently high standards. Financial & Administrative Management Effectively managed hotel finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting. Applied the latest technology and regulations to streamline sourcing and purchasing of stock. Developed and implemented policies, procedures, strategies and controls across all areas of hotel management.
