Rental Consultant Role Profile

Job Title: Rental Consultant Quantity: 1 Location: Western Cape Age: 30-40 Gender: Female Language: Fluent in both English & Afrikaans

Primary Duties:

  • Assist in client services
  • Rentals of property
  • Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy
  • Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy
  • Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials
  • Market research

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Rentals or Property Management

Qualification:

  • Grade 12 minimum
  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous
  • PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be able to sell
  • Excellent people skills and interpersonal relations
  • Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it
  • Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients
  • Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
