About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead our global trade marketing function from Cape Town. As a key member of our leadership team, you will define and execute a best-in-class B2B marketing strategy across key international markets, working closely with Sales to unlock partner growth and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Drive engagement and conversion across international travel trade partners
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support partner growth and market expansion
- Lead integrated campaigns across key markets (UK, US, Europe)
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, and campaign performance
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies to maximise ROI
- Strengthen brand positioning within the global travel trade ecosystem
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in marketing, with a strong B2B focus
- Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or tourism sectors preferred
- Proven experience working with international markets (UK, US, Europe)
- Strong understanding of the travel trade ecosystem
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and agencies
