About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centurion: Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pro-Match Recruitment. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of administrative processes
  • Prepare quotes, compare prices, and process requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets requirements
  • Handle onboarding processes and communicate with insurers and service providers
  • Follow up on outstanding requests for policy issuance
  • Maintain regular follow-up of outstanding requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in long-term insurance and investments administration
  • Proven experience in the entire process from quoting to policy issuance
  • Fluent in Afrikaans (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Good English skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take full ownership of tasks
  • Clean criminal record (MIE controls)
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Full-time office-based work
