About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction of Pro-Match Recruitment, aligning with the company’s board objectives, and ensuring its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term business strategy aligned with board objectives.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including expansion, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Position the business competitively within domestic and regional markets.
- Oversee all mining and processing operations.
- Ensure efficient extraction, refining, packaging, and distribution of products.
- Drive cost optimization and supply chain efficiency.
- Implement technological advancements and automation initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, and cost control measures.
- Secure funding for capital projects and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and transparent reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure adherence to mining legislation and environmental regulations.
- Maintain health and safety standards in line with industry best practices.
- Oversee licensing, permitting, and engagement with regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industrial clients across chemical, food, and agricultural sectors.
- Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Strengthen market presence and product positioning.
- Identify and manage operational, financial, environmental, and reputational risks.
- Develop and implement business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Lead and develop a high-performing executive team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Science (Animal Science, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering), Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
