Introduction A food ingredient manufacturing company, based in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion is looking for a reliable and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help maintain strong customer relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. Communicate with customers regarding orders, product information, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Maintain customer databases and update records as required. Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports. Handle general sales enquiries via phone and email. Support the team with any other sales-related tasks as needed. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric / Grade 12 (essential). Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (experience in manufacturing or food industry beneficial but not required). Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook). Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
