About the Role
As a Tele-sales Agent at CallForce, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers through outbound calls. You will have the opportunity to promote our range of telecommunications products and services, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately capture customer information and sales data
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and operational standards
- Follow up on leads and maximise conversion opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software
- Proven sales experience or equivalent
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required for this role. However, a Matric certificate is recommended.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is R15 000 – R20 000 per month, depending on performance.
