About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Partner to join our team of diverse professionals in the financial services sector. As a Commercial Lines Broker, you will be the driving force behind strategic opportunities for Business Insurance, cultivating high-level commercial relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions that resonate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor regional sales and market data to help formulate winning strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans for complex customer accounts, engaging directly with key decision-makers.
  • Tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs and use your expertise to identify products that provide a clear rationale for agreement.
  • Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional resolution and high retention rates.

Requirements

  • Experience: 36 years of industry and commercial experience.
  • Education: Matric/SAQA Accredited Equivalent Accreditation.
  • Formal education/certifications:
  • Full FAIS accreditation (150 credits)
  • RE 5 is essential.
  • RE 1 is considered a strong advantage.
