We are urgently seeking experienced and results-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our high-performing ‘LOCAL’ sales team.
If you have a proven track record of selling telecommunications products and consistently earning commission, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell telecommunications products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately capture customer information and sales data.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Adhere to quality, compliance, and operational standards.
Follow up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
Minimum 612 months Call Centre Sales experience.
Proven Telecommunications Sales experience.
Must have earned commission for at least 3 consecutive months in a sales environment.
Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Computer literate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Clear Criminal Record.
Available to start immediately.
