Job Description
Accounting & Financial Support
- Support local and international finance teams with invoice auditing and month-end reporting
- Provide accurate and timeous financial data
- Investigate and resolve billing queries across departments
- Participate in stock take processes and financial reviews
- Assist with ongoing financial and operational improvements
Costing, Pricing & Invoicing
- Calculate and maintain accurate cost of sales within the ERP system
- Extract and validate financial data for management reporting and decision-making
- Maintain and update pricing structures in line with commercial changes
- Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and customer platforms
- Monitor billing accuracy between internal ERP and external systems
- Ensure commercial agreements are correctly implemented within billing systems
- Drive pricing data integrity and standardisation of processes
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams to improve accuracy
Operations & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Commercial and Back Office teams to ensure data accuracy
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Support operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
- Assist with supplier and stakeholder coordination where required
Additional Responsibilities (Site-Specific)
- Oversee daily and monthly financial transactions
- Ensure ERP entries are accurate and fully reconciled
- Monitor overheads, labour, and raw material costs
- Track and manage waste and cost control measures
- Support management with supplier and contractor decisions
- Ensure deadlines for monthly reporting are met
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
- Experience in costing, pricing, and invoicing processes
- Exposure to ERP systems (advantageous)
- Experience in process improvement or operational excellence (advantageous)
- Internal audit experience is beneficial
