Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Finance / bookkeeping qualification advantageous
• Solid credit control / debtors experience
• Must have experience dealing with chain stores (essential)
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debtor accounts for chain store clients
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
• Process invoices, credit notes, and account adjustments
• Resolve account queries professionally and timeously
• Maintain accurate debtor records and reports
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting

Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage high-volume accounts
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
