About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Trust Management Lawyer to join our UK Private Client team, servicing our law firm clients in Durban. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating fees by reviewing and updating trust documentation based on input from experienced UK solicitors. You must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, empathetic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
- LLB Degree (or equivalent).
- Admitted Attorney in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in trust management.
- Strong understanding of trust structures, fiduciary duties, tax implications, and compliance issues.
- Proven experience in managing high-value or complex trust portfolios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
