About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team on a 4-month Fixed-Term Contract. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for production, technical, and administrative roles. You will also be responsible for promoting positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track development plans
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for staff and supervisors
Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR generalist experience; automotive or manufacturing sector preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in unionized environments is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
