About the Role
Stiles Recruit is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to lead all aspects of our Boksburg dealership operations. As a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset, you will be responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership operations including new and used vehicle sales, aftersales, and finance & insurance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and performance targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage departmental managers and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand standards are maintained
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior Sales/General Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid financial acumen and business management experience
- Track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid drivers license
