About the Role
A Senior Boiler & Power Plant Manager is urgently needed to lead steam generation, biomass energy plant and utilities for continuous manufacturing operations in Mpumalanga.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage boiler operations and fuel handling systems
- Supervise power plant staff and uptime performance
- Supporting continuous production
- Develop energy efficiency and maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with statutory boiler and power regulations
- Drive safety culture and technical excellence
- Leadership of operations teams
Requirements
- Boiler / power plant certification or industrial utilities qualification
- Proven power plant management / senior manager (8-10 years) experience
- Industrial (Plant) Manufacturing or energy-intensive industry background essential
- Industrial Installation L.D.C. Project exp. adv.
- Steam systems, fuels and efficiency expertise
- Leadership in high-output environments
- Safety and regulatory compliance focus
