About the Role
Join our client, a leading supplier and retailer of premium DIY products, architectural hardware, and bespoke ironmongery in South Africa, as an In-Store Sales Representative based in our Cape Town branch. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our premium product ranges to customers from various backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and recommend appropriate products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Arrange product displays and ensure the sales floor is well-presented
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining records
- Knowledge of the retail industry is an advantage

Salary & Benefits
Salary Negotiable. The benefits package includes:
