About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Night Manager to lead seamless luxury guest experiences through the night at a luxury hospitality property in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will oversee all night operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, security, and operational efficiency throughout the property during evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations across the property
- Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth overnight experiences
- Handle guest requests, late check-ins, and problem resolution professionally
- Conduct nightly audits and administrative reporting
- Monitor security, safety, and operational procedures
- Coordinate effectively with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure public areas remain clean, organised, and guest-ready
- Manage emergency procedures and overnight operational matters efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a Night Manager or similar hospitality role
- Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Good administrative and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Professional presentation with strong attention to detail
