About the Role
We are seeking two Reservations Consultants to join our Luxury Travel Portfolio team based in Franschhoek, Western Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, processing bookings, and ensuring smooth pre-arrival logistics for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations via email & phone
- Process bookings accurately on PMS systems
- Handle rates, quotes & confirmations
- Monitor deposits & payment timelines
- Maintain guest history and booking records
- Support operations and sales teams
- Ensure smooth pre-arrival logistics
Requirements
- Reservations experience in hospitality or travel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- PMS & OTA platform knowledge (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a structured office environment
