Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Manage imports and exports administration end-to-end
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL logistics partners
- Track shipments, deliveries, and customer orders
- Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and logistics records
- Coordinate procurement-linked logistics processes
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international shipping procedures
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics-related issues
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain accurate reporting and ERP system updates
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- 5–7 years’ experience within:
- Logistics coordination
- Imports & exports
- Freight forwarding
- Supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of:
- International logistics
- Incoterms
- Imports and exports processes
- 3PL logistics coordination
Technical Requirements
- Strong ERP systems exposure:
- SAP
- Syspro
- JDE or similar ERP systems
- Strong reporting and logistics systems capability
- Ability to manage complex logistics coordination environments
