An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Short-Term Insurance Broker to build and manage a profitable client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, providing professional insurance advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across Personal and Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities Prospect for and acquire new business opportunities. Build and maintain a profitable portfolio of clients. Conduct client needs analyses and provide suitable insurance solutions. Prepare quotations and negotiate cover with insurers. Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and referral partners. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with FAIS and relevant regulatory requirements. Achieve monthly sales and production targets. Conduct portfolio reviews and provide risk management advice. Minimum Requirements RE5 Qualification (essential). Class of Business completed for Personal and Commercial Lines. Relevant insurance qualification advantageous. Minimum 35 years’ experience in Personal and Commercial Short-Term Insurance. Proven sales and business development experience. Strong understanding of underwriting principles and insurer products. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
