Hire Resolve is looking for a dedicated Solar Technician to join our client’s growing team. The Solar Technician will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar PV systems according to established standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults and issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports on energy production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve operational goals.
• Provide excellent customer service support to clients regarding solar energy solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role.
• Certification or training in solar technology or related fields.
• Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid drivers license is preferred.
