About the Role
The Operations and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a training centre, while maintaining high levels of compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain learner records, attendance registers, assessments, and compliance files
- Manage enrolments, learner agreements, and onboarding administration
- Prepare and maintain QCTO, MERSETA, AHK, and OHS audit documentation
- Handle SETA registrations, reporting, and learnership administration
- Capture learner progress, completion, and placement data
- Manage supplier records, asset registers, and consumables administration
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office administration
- Support the Training Centre Manager with operational and compliance activities
Requirements
- Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related qualification
- Additional QMS / ISO administration training will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior administrative role
- At least 3 years experience handling compliance, quality management, or accreditation administration
- Previous experience within an accredited training environment is highly advantageous
