About the Role

Bright Placements is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join their team at Hluhluwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient check-in, check-out, and room assignment processes, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently
• Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Manage front office operations, including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including check-in/check-out data and room inventory

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field advantageous
• 2–4 years’ experience in Reservations / Front Office
• Experience in a hotel or lodge environment
• Knowledge of beach and safari lodge operations advantageous

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
