Front of House / Reservations
Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Hospitality, Tourism, or Front Office qualification advantageous.

 
Experience

  • Previous hospitality, lodge, or front office experience advantageous.
  • Experience with reservation systems and online booking platforms preferred.

 
Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy and reservation system knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Guide / Ranger
Minimum Qualifications

  • FGASA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
  • Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
  • Valid First Aid certification.
  • Rifle competency and advanced rifle-handling certification.

 
Experience

  • Previous guiding or ranger experience preferred.
  • Experience conducting bush walks, game drives, and guest hosting required.

 
Skills

  • Excellent guiding and communication skills.
  • Wildlife and conservation knowledge.
  • Guest relations and hosting abilities.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
