About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our professional aftersales team at a reputable dealership in Ballito. As a customer-focused and organised individual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist with service bookings
  • Prepare quotations and explain repair requirements to customers
  • Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and repairs
  • Ensure accurate completion of job cards and invoices
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

Computer literate

Valid driver’s license

Traceable references

Clear criminal record and ITC
