Key Responsibilities: Spearhead and expertly manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide strategic legal guidance on property law matters, interpreting complex legal documents with precision. Oversee and execute normal estate agent transfers, ensuring a seamless client experience. Confidently handle assisted sale transfers, including ABSA HelpUSell and Standard Bank EasySell processes. Navigate and successfully conclude Sheriff and insolvent estate transfers with meticulous attention to detail. Manage deceased estate transfers, demonstrating sensitivity and legal acumen. Facilitate and register bonds for major financial institutions, including ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and SA Home Loans. Proactively identify and resolve legal challenges, offering innovative and practical solutions. Essential Requirements: Admitted Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years” practical experience in conveyancing. Admission as a Notary will be advantageous. Thorough understanding of property law, contractual agreements, and transfer procedures. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues within the conveyancing sector. Proven experience in normal estate agent transfers, assisted sale transfers (ABSA HelpUSell, Standard Bank EasySell), Sheriff transfers, insolvent estate transfers, and deceased estate transfers. Demonstrated expertise in bond registrations for ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and SA Home Loans. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication abilities and a trustworthy demeanour. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with a solution-driven approach.
