About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to be the face of TORS GROUP in Johannesburg. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage sign-in and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and take messages.
- Manage meeting rooms, refreshments and keep reception area tidy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail and deliveries.
- Support data entry, filing, scanning and general admin duties.
- Assist with office supplies and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and liaise with teams and vendors professionally.
Requirements
- Matric / High school diploma; office admin qualification advantageous.
- Valid work authorization in South Africa.
- 12 years reception or front-office experience.
- Fluent English; Afrikaans and local languages a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
- Well-groomed, professional, reliable and customer-focused.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiar with South African corporate etiquette.
