About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Content Marketer who can connect the dots between digital storytelling, internal communications, and brand engagement. This is not your average content role. You’ll be the driving force behind how we communicate, both externally across digital platforms and internally across the organization, ensuring every message is consistent, impactful, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital content strategies across platforms (social media, website, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned to brand and campaign objectives
- Create and oversee digital campaigns that drive engagement and visibility
- Monitor trends and continuously refine content approach for maximum impact

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and/or internal communications

Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance (monthly reporting + competitor analysis)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation
- Support SEO optimisation and website content updates in collaboration with agency partners
Internal Communications
- Drive internal communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership messaging (e.g. MD Talks)
- Create and manage newsletters, internal articles, and announcements across platforms (Teams, email, intranet, etc.)
- Support change communication and organisational culture initiatives
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Work closely with external PR and digital agencies
- Coordinate content production, including video, PR articles, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment and consistency
Governance & Administration
- Maintain content libraries, documentation, and reporting records
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, policies, and governance standards
What We’re Looking For? Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and/or internal communications
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in content creation and campaign management
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, SEO, and social media strategy
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Strengths
- Experience with tools such as WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite
- Exposure to internal communication platforms (Teams, intranet systems)
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
