What Youll Be Doing Develop and calibrate credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD Validate and monitor IFRS 9 impairment and regulatory models Deliver portfolio credit analytics, benchmarking and peer analysis Create scorecards, behavioural pricing frameworks, and risk strategy models Contribute to audit support, regulatory compliance, and advisory engagements Present findings and solutions to clients in well-structured reports Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a high-performing team culture What You Need Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 35 years of relevant experience in credit risk modelling or financial services consulting Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle, model development processes, and IFRS 9 and Basel regulations Coding proficiency in SAS, R, or Python (SAS Enterprise Guide an advantage) Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and business acumen You’ll Thrive If You Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work with cross-functional teams and build client relationships Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members Comfort working in a hybrid model, balancing autonomy with collaboration A passion for quality, innovation, and continuous learning Why Join Us?
