Job Summary
Duties include Develop strategies to enhance dealership revenue, profitability, and market share. Implement people capacity plans aligned with performance objectives and budgets. Achieve and exceed financial targets as agreed. Manage cross-functional areas effectively to optimize operations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and OEM guidelines. Oversee the dealership`s financial assets, including cash flow, stock, and debtors. Lead and manage staff to attract and retain high-quality employees. Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customer-centric initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategies. Foster a positive work environment that maximizes employee productivity. Essential Competencies: Decision-making and initiating action. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Leadership and supervision skills. Persuasion and influencing abilities. Strategic planning and organization. Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks. Strong analytical skills. Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. Knowledge of labor and regulatory legislation. Financial management expertise. Strong understanding of the motor industry and brand management. Customer service orientation. Effective people management skills. Proficiency in computer and financial management systems.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) required B Com / other relevant tertiary business/commercial qualifications (preferable) ± 7 years in the motor industry with exposure to various business disciplines ± 5 years in vehicle retail new and pre-owned sales ± 3 years – Dealer Operations Management Experience in retail, sales and service Marketing experience Reside within the Gauteng Northern Suburbs or nearby If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
