Front Office Administrator | Luxury Lodge | Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and highly organised Front Office Administrator for a luxury lodge based in the Greater Kruger region. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for guest service, wildlife and conservation. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient operation of the front office and administrative functions. Package • Competitive remuneration package • Single accommodation provided (unfurnished) • Provident fund • Medical aid • Meals not included Key Responsibilities • Operate the lodge switchboard and manage incoming communications • Handle shop sales and related administration • Assist with booking requests and member correspondence • Manage inventory and stock control, including ordering and purchasing • Complete administrative duties including invoicing and reporting • Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager during periods of absence ✔️ Requirements • Previous experience within hospitality, reception and/or front office administration • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English • Proficient in Pastel Accounting, including Point-of-Sale systems • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Passion for wildlife, conservation and delivering outstanding guest experiences • Valid driver’s licence • Valid First Aid certificate Additional Information • This role is best suited to a mature, responsible individual who is comfortable living independently in a remote bush environment • Unfortunately, the position is not suitable for candidates with pets or children ⚠️ If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
