About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their East Rand office. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of advisory experience and an existing client base who wants to expand their portfolio while benefiting from strong lead generation and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand your existing client portfolio, offering strategic financial advice.
- Grow your network by converting qualified leads provided by internal lead channels and referral networks.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage marketing and business development support to increase conversions.
- Ensure that all advisory work aligns with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Achieve targets related to new business, revenue generation, and assets under management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Advisor
An established client book that you manage
RE5 Certification
A proven history of growing and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent communication and advisory skills
A driven, self-managed approach to business development
Experience with financial planning systems and CRM tools is advantageous
