About the Role

As an RF Engineer at Network Finance, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of RF systems, including design, simulation, testing, and commissioning. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF circuits and systems
  • Perform simulations and optimise RF performance
  • Conduct laboratory testing and validation
  • Lead on-site commissioning and system integration
  • Diagnose and resolve RF-related issues during deployment
  • Collaborate with project, hardware, and software teams

Requirements

  • 3–8 years’ experience in RF design and commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of RF systems, antennas, and propagation principles
  • Experience with RF design tools and simulation software (e.g. HFSS, ADS, CST or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment (spectrum analysers, signal generators, network analysers)
  • Proven experience commissioning RF systems on-site and troubleshooting performance issues
  • Understanding of wireless communication systems and protocols
  • Ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and EMC considerations advantageous

Qualifications

BEng / BSc in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or related field
