Hire Resolve is searching for a talented and innovative Product Development Manager to join our esteemed client’s team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of new products from concept to market, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development process from ideation through to product launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and production teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget product delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to inform the product development strategy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the market.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels.
