About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team, providing hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and project execution to recent graduates or early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems
- Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation of designs
- Work with senior engineers to improve product performance and reliability
- Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and reports
- Liaise with manufacturing and production teams to ensure design feasibility
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and materials
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
