Job Description Provide technical advisory support to branches, dealerships, and clients. Travel may be required from time to time within the borders of South Africa, and cross-border travel may be required at short notice. Develop, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with branches, dealerships, and clients. Attend and actively participate in technical meetings. Conduct detailed technical analysis of failures and compile technical reports with clear recommendations and practical solutions aimed at reducing repeat failures. Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements. Maintain, monitor, and improve maintenance operating processes and procedures within the dealer network. Conduct internal audits and provide guidance, assistance, and corrective solutions where gaps are identified. Liaise with the Groups Technical Supervisor and National Aftersales Manager on all relevant technical matters. Visit customers when required to address technical issues or provide support. Develop and implement corrective action plans for identified technical issues. Perform additional duties as may reasonably be required by Management. Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the minimum standards required by the Group. Maintain a strong customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt and respond effectively to different personalities and situations. Minimum Requirements Qualifications & Experience Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Diesel Trade Test Certificate Technical background in the motor industry (advantageous) Valid Code 14 drivers licence Personal Attributes & Skills Strong communication skills Trustworthy and reliable Team player with a collaborative mindset Confident, proactive, and able to anticipate issues and operational requirements Ability to read and write in English
