About the Role
The Lephalale Internship – Admin Intern is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in administration, working closely with our team to develop essential skills and knowledge. As an Admin Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data capturing and record keeping
- Filing and customer queries management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Assisting with general office duties
Requirements
- Completed a 3-year tertiary qualification in Administration (i.e. Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Project Management, Diploma in HR, Diploma in Finance)
- Valid drivers license (advantageous)
- Computer literate and proficient in the MS Office Suite, Internet, and Email
- No criminal record
- Currently unemployed
- Not participating on another learnership or internship program
- Not currently enrolled at any other learning institution
- South African Citizen
- Under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2026
