- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in road freight/logistics management
- Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
- Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance
- Financial and budget management capability
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage teams, clients, and operational targets effectively
