About the Role

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join their team in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all lodge departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations
  • Ensure labour legislation is up-to-date and compliant
  • Enforce health & safety regulations and standards within the hospitality industry
  • Implement fair labour practices and HR procedures
  • Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and external partners
  • Prioritize tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results

Requirements

  • Strong operational knowledge across all lodge departments
  • Sound understanding of labour legislation in South Africa
