About the Role

Liberty Standard Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team as an Mbombela. As an Mbombela, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, analyzing their financial information, and recommending solutions to help them achieve their personal financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and meeting potential clients
  • Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies, design products, and recommend solutions
  • Completing financial needs analysis on clients
  • Reviewing and responding to clients’ changing needs and financial circumstances by creating and implementing an ongoing service plan
  • Protecting, securing, and growing clients’ wealth by providing independent, expert financial advice
  • Providing investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products
  • Monitoring financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective and identify necessary updates

Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly desirable
  • Financial Planning Qualifications (RE5, NQF5, CFP, etc.) will be beneficial, but not essential
  • Finance, Financial planning, or Wealth Management experience
  • Customer-centric & results driven
  • Clear credit record with no criminal record
  • Valid driver’s license (compulsory)
  • Own reliable transport (compulsory)

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required. However, relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications will be highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is a highly lucrative commission-only earnings structure. Operating costs such as office space, communication, IT, and general office support are included in the compensation package.
