Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the retail sector managing DIY and Industrial retail stores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual – English & Afrikaans
- Valid Drivers Licence
Duties
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Mpumalanga specifically the Lowveld region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers end users and resellers.
- Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail stores in the region.
