About the Role
The Finance Manager role at Authentic Life Connections involves providing strategic financial insights to support management decision-making and driving business growth through data-driven analysis and financial modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the executive team with strong analytical insights to support management accounts and Exco reporting
- Management reporting and forecasting
- Divisional performance packs, including variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to enhance visibility into key performance drivers
- Revenue assurance
Requirements
- 5 years post qualifying progressive experience
- Management accounting and product performance reporting experience
- Expertise in Power BI, data analytic tools and excel
- Advanced analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning
- Financial modelling for revenue and cost structures
- Understanding of commercial finance and revenue assurance
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
