About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury property group for a talented Graphic Designer to join their Cape Town-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-obsessed visual storyteller who thrives on turning meaningful narratives into striking, on-brand design across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design annual reviews, reports, brochures, profiles, manuals, and product guides using strong layout principles with grids, margins, master pages, and styles.
• Ensure consistency, flow, and brand alignment across large documents for print preparation, including correct bleed, slug, and pre-flight checks.
• Retouch imagery for colour accuracy, clarity, and presentation in Photoshop.
• Create realistic photomontages and composites using Photoshop, applying masking, clipping paths, lighting, and shadow adjustments.
• Design clean, modern infographics that simplify complex information using Illustrator.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, and hierarchy across all design work.
• Produce high-quality marketing and internal collateral for print and digital.
• Manage and export assets in appropriate formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS).
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy in all designs.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ professional graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating required skills.
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
In-depth knowledge of prepress processes, colour management, and print production.
