Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years of payroll experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with Sage 300 Payroll and a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and employee records management. Key Responsibilities Process weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update employee payroll records . Capture and process payroll data using Sage 300 . Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and company policies . Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. Manage leave, overtime, and benefits processing. Prepare payroll reports for management and finance. Handle employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in payroll administration. Proven experience using Sage 300 Payroll system . Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory deductions . Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and MS Office . Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
