Position Overview The successful candidate will be placed within the Trade Division, Procurement Department, based on operational requirements and the graduates qualification background. The graduate will be exposed to the procurement function that supports the Trade Division, gaining handson experience in sourcing, purchasing processes, supplier interaction, and internal coordination. The role is designed to develop a solid understanding of procurement practices within a structured agricultural and retail trade environment. The position requires a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within TWK Agris systems, processes, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Assisting with procurement and purchasing activities within the Trade Division Supporting the sourcing of goods and services in line with approved procurement processes Assisting with supplier communication, price comparisons, and order administration Capturing and maintaining purchasing, supplier, and stockrelated information on relevant systems Supporting coordination between Procurement, Retail branches, and internal departments Assisting with monitoring delivery schedules and resolving basic procurement queries Supporting procurement reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements Gaining exposure to procurement policies, cost control, and supply chain principles Providing general administrative and operational support to the Procurement team Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 A University Degree obtained in 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related) Strong willingness to learn and develop within TWK Agris trade and agricultural environment Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain principles Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Excel and MS Word Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
