Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Approved Repair Centre Manager to join our team in Nelspruit, Mbombela. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our repair centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activities of the repair centre, including workflow, job costing, WIP, productivity, and turnaround times
Supervise and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, fleets, and service providers
Source new business opportunities in the Mbombela market and contribute to the growth of our centre
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Valid driver’s licence
3–5 years’ experience in the motor industry (workshop, body repair, service, or aftersales environment)
Supervisory or management experience in a repair centre or dealership environment
Strong understanding of repair workflow, job costing, WIP, productivity, and turnaround times
Computer literacy (MS Office)

Qualifications

Trade qualification or business/motor industry management qualification
