– RSA ID and legal residence essential
– Previous experience as an Assistant Lodge Manager, F&B Manager, or similar senior hospitality role
– Strong Food & Beverage management experience essential
– Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
– Excellent guest relations and hosting skills
– Strong leadership and team management ability
– Experience managing restaurant, bar, and service operations
– Good understanding of stock control, purchasing, and cost management
– Strong administration and reporting skills
– Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
– Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach
– Ability to work under pressure in a high-end hospitality environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Lead and manage the Food & Beverage department
– Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery standards
– Oversee restaurant, bar, and dining operations
– Support the Head Chef and ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams
– Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff
– Monitor stock control, purchasing, and cost management processes
– Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
– Assist with overall lodge operations and management duties
– Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally
– Conduct regular service inspections and implement continuous improvements
– Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards
– Assist with administration, reporting, and departmental planning
PACKAGE:
– R25,000 – R30,000 CTC (Negotiable – DOE)
– Live-in position
